Customer Engineer / System Developer / DevOps / Infra Implementation
Highlights:

Competent in Any of System Support or Implementation, Apps Dev or DevOps Support, Customer Support, and Project coordination.

2 years of real-life experience in the IT Sector or related fields.

5-Day Work Week, Overtime Compensation.

Work from remotely, Office or Client-based office.
Specification:
-
Taking initiative by Team Lead to support customer projects and system fulfilment.
-
Participate in project and on-site/remote implementation in the client’s environment.
-
Coordinate and perform work on client’s project according to requirements.
-
Troubleshooting, general break and fix, Move-Add-Change of client consoles and Servers, system peripherals and Networking equipment.​
Who are we looking for?
​Technical:
-
VTC / F.5 / Certification or equivalent, 2 years of real-life experience in the Technology sector.
-
Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Windows or Linux or Pi O/S is essential. While having networking and security device such as firewalls, endpoints, and WAF foundational concepts.
Personal:
-
Mature and Responsible individual, eager to absorb ever-evolving technology.
-
Presentable with effective communication, good at customer handling.
-
Individuals who can work autonomously, independent to hierarchy, strong team-supporting mentality.

Competent in Cantonese and English, both verbally and in composition. Mandarin and other language is a bonus.
